As Insurance Brokers, we are just as interested in assisting
you with the administration of your claim as any other aspect of
your insurance requirements. Making a claim following an accident,
loss or injury is as simple as 1, 2 3.
We have developed a step-by-step guideline for registering your
claim for any sports related, motor vehicle, house and contents,
travel or commercial insurance policy.

Simply contact one of our offices and notify the circumstances
of your loss (time, date and injury or damage suffered). |

Request a claim form from your Account Executive/Broker and
advise if there is any need for emergency treatment or repairs. |
| Step 3. |
Return all your claim documents to your broker upon completion
along with any receipts, police reports, photos and other relevant
information. |
If you need any further assistance at any time, please contact
your nearest WWSI office between the
hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday.
We will ensure that your claim is administered professionally and
swiftly, whilst monitoring that all your policy entitlements are
adhered to.
Should you be unsatisfied with the handling or results of your
claim, please do not hesitate to follow the dispute
resolution procedure.
