Insurance is a vital element to any business, especially when members of the public will be engaging in potentially hazardous activities.

We have put together insurance packages for the industry which can include any or all of these elements:

Public Liability with limits up to $20M
Fire, perils and theft cover for equipment
Personal accident for tournament players

We also provide assurance that the cover is underwritten by an authorised Australian Insurer. You can chose to pay upfront or by the month.

Risk management is vital to any business in this industry and we can assist you in getting your risk management programme up to speed. You should be asking yourself some of these questions:

  • Do I provide a safe environment for my clients?
  • Is a comprehensive safety tutorial given to all participants?
  • Are safety signs displayed prominently?
  • Is first aid available and do staff have first aid qualifications?
  • Is the equipment checked regularly?
  • Is an incident report book kept up to date?
  • Are all relevant industry standards adhered to?
  • And many more…

We can help you answer some or all of these questions. We would expect all paintball and laser skirmish businesses to have a comprehensive risk management programme in place. That way, we won’t get as many claims and our premiums can stay low!

The Process

Once we get your proposal form back, we will put together a quotation for you to consider. It may need to be tweaked here and there but once you are happy with the premium and terms we can get the cover going for you. As mentioned, you can by upfront by cheque, EFT, credit card or you can spread your payments over 10 months.
